"actually, you will only be able to drink oil-based fluids."
Yeah, so like Chris said -- Cheerwine, Kate, cheerwine....
a survey of recent articles on the drought.
wow judy... thanks for that link...
i'm going to google cheerwine now because i have NO IDEA WHAT IT IS.
they don't have cheerwine in Cali?
should the mock-hip pronunciation of the shortened form of California be "Calay" or "Calee"???
no cheerwine in california. i'm still not sure what it is and i googled it.
you can go either way with cali pronunciation...
just DO NOT say:
san fran or frisco.
ever. like fingernails on a chalkboard....
san franfrisco?
james.
i would totally prefer that to san fran or frisco.
don't worry about cheerwine, it's gross.
I've heard from San Franciscans that it is bad form to refer to their city as Frisco or San Fran. I usually like to tell them that to refer to it as The City outside of California will likely get them a wedgie.
Also, on the first night of rain, I overheard one Duke undergrad turn to the other, as they left Whole Foods, and say, "I do not care for this weather."
The City is The City, wherever you go...
i like that laundry mat in Hayes Valley called 'Don't Call It Frisco'...
people in california don't really call it Cali...unless you're Tupac and it's 1995.
and yeah, what the hell is cheerwine? do tell...
well, i have heard cali in southern california from natives. but that was in the 80s... cali doesn't grate on me like the san fran or frisco thing does.
i think cheerwine is just a cherry soda pop... so i don't know why it is called cheerwine and not cherry cola. ??? i am afraid to try it.
