Hi, Magdalena Zurawski, I was looking for something on Rae Armontrout (sp?) and found myself at your site and noticed the reference to AWP.

Talk about coincidences--I was at AWP last week doing two Midwest Polish American writer readings (one off site at the Polish Museum of America and one at AWP). And you have a name that sounds more Polish than mine -- John (really Zbigniew) Guzlowski.

Coincidence--and you live in Durham, NC. And I'm up the road in danville, va--where I'm a retired university prof and unretired writer. Milosz said my first book was astonishing.

Anyway, I thought I would just stop by and say hello.

Btw, I have a blog you might be interested in called Writing the Polish Diaspora--It goes out to about 200 writers who are Polish connected and 2000 non writers who are Polish connected.

You might want to mention your March tour at my blog.

Ciao

PS: you did the fiction collective reading? Fiction Collective guy Curt White is an old friend of mine.
Another coincidence.
